Includes everything listed below: * A design document with **recommended equipment and configurations** **information to support the recommendations** **non-affiliate links to purchase from Amazon in your country (you are welcome to purchase from any supplier you choose)** * A Design Review Meeting (30 minutes) * One Design Revision and follow up Design Review is Included if you object to the initial design or if your requirements have changed * A Configuration Session (60 minutes) to get your equipment set up, configured, and tested - includes a Zoom recording to validate the meeting audio and video your clients and prospects will experience * 1 year of FREE Product and Software Configuration Support for the Design is Included (365 days starting from the date of your Configuration Session. Support provided through the most convenient avenue for you: e-mail, phone, text, and Zoom.)

Cancelation Policy

As a courtesy when you need to cancel or reschedule: please contact Michelle at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is permitted one time per paid appointment. Short notice cancellations or multiple reschedules will forfeit payment.
